E-Sign Ability

Helping us to submit claims to lenders on the same day…

Any client with an email address will automatically receive E-Sign forms once their claim is added to the system. This enables us to engage directly with the client and ensures they have all the documents in front of them for their immediate review and ammendment. A paper pack is then sent to the client allowing them to add any further information before returning the documents to us.

Once the pack has been received back it can be submitted to the lender the same day. This combined digital and paper approach is fundamental to the service we offer our introducers, and is something we consistently review and develop.
