We are regulated by the Claims Management Regulator in respect of regulated claims management activities, so there are certain day-to-day compliance regulations that we are obligated to adhere to.
Therefore, we carry out ‘Due Diligence’ checks on all our Introducers, so we can assist with ensuring your business practices are carried out in accordance with all applicable regulations, thus safeguarding all parties.
